Hannah is passionate about working with emerging artists and young performers. Previous projects have included work with British Youth Musical Theatre, National Youth Theatre, and as the lead practitioner for Leicester Curve's Young Company.

She regularly teaches young people and works with institutions such as East 15 Acting School, where she teaches units including 'Setting Up a Theatre Company,' alongside developing and directing work with their acting students. She lectures at Warwick University on professional development.

Hannah co-runs the Overture artist development scheme, nurturing the skills and development of emerging musical theatre writers, alongside external dramaturgy and musical development.
